How do I download my images?

If You Use an iPhone or iPad
Tap the download icon on each photo or video. When prompted, tap Save Photo or Save Video and your memory will go straight into your gallery.

If You Use Android
Tap the download icon in the corner of the screen. You can save individual items or grab the entire collection. Files will be stored in your gallery or file manager, depending on your setup.

Video downloads via the default browser may not work reliably. For the best experience, use Google Chrome on your Android device.

How long can I download my photos and videos?

You have 60 days to download your media from the time of your ride. If more than 60 days have passed, just get in touch with our team at support@epicshot.co.nz. Let us know the date of your trip and your booking details, and we’ll do our best to recover your unforgettable moments.

My link isn’t working, how can I view my media?

If your download link is giving you trouble, don’t stress. Send a quick message to support@epicshot.co.nz and the team will get you sorted so you can access your photos and videos in no time.

Why doesn’t my media pack match my friend’s?

We aim to capture incredible photos and videos for every rider, but sometimes Mother Nature or unexpected tech issues step in. Weather shifts, equipment glitches, or power interruptions can affect what gets recorded. While we do everything we can to grab every moment, we can’t always guarantee identical footage for every guest.

Can I view my media after the ride?

Yes. Your photos and videos are available through our online media portal or can be viewed at the kiosks at Hukafalls Jet. Just use the link provided after your ride to access your content.

How does my wristband work with my photos and videos?

Your wristband automatically links your ride to the EpicShot system. All photos and videos captured during your adventure are tied to your booking, making it easy to find and download your content.

What options are available for purchasing my photo and video?

Your photos and video aren’t included with your ride, but you’ve got a couple of easy ways to grab them. You can pre-purchase your media pack when you book your Hukafalls Jet experience, or you can choose to buy it on site when you check in or after your jetboat experience.

After your ride, you’ll receive a link to our online media portal where you can access your content. You’ll have unlimited downloads and 60 days to save your epic moments.
