Selfie Competition!

Did you take an awesome selfie on your visit to Hukafalls Jet?  If you did, enter this competition to win your money back!

Entering is easy, all you have to do is post your favourite selfie from your trip to our Facebook page or to Instagram with the hashtag #winitback

Each month the Hukafalls Jet team will choose the selfie that they love the most and the lucky winner will receive a refund for the price of their trip. 

(Refund will be for the amount you paid for your trip with Hukafalls Jet up to the value of $125).

Terms and conditions

• Entry is open to all Hukafalls Jet customers (aged 13 or over). Entry is not open to employees of Hukafalls Jet.
• Information published by Hukafalls Jet on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid. By entering the competition, or by accepting a prize, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
• The Promotion starts on 31st January 2017 at 9am and closes 31 December 2017 at 11.59pm.
• Entrants will need to post their selfie to Hukafalls Jet Facebook page with the hashtag #winitback or to Instagram to enter the competition.
• You must make sure you follow the law, and comply with any guidelines we make available, as well as Facebook’s terms of use, community guidelines, and privacy policy, in connection with this competition. If you don’t, we may disqualify your entry and remove your images.
• You must not post pictures that identify any third person (unless you have their permission).
• Entries will be judged by a member of the Hukafalls Jet team based upon which image they like the most. Judges decision is final.
• Entry per person is unlimited.
• There will be one winner per month. The winner will be selected and announced on the final day of every month.
• The winner will receive a refund for the price they paid for their individual Hukafalls Jet boat ticket (one seat only to a maximum value of $125). Children (13 and 14 years old) will receive a refund for the price they paid for their individual Hukafalls Jet boat ticket (one seat only to a maximum value of $79). The individual who uploads the selfie will be the only person to receive a refund (not everyone in the picture). 
• The winner will be notified via Facebook (inbox message). They will have 3 months in which to claim their prize by responding to the Facebook message. 
• Entrants own the intellectual property rights in connection with their entry and the images that form part of your entry. However, by entering the competition the entrant gives permission for Hukafalls Jet to use, reproduce, publish, share their image in any media (for an unlimited period of time without payment) to promote this competition (including any outcome), and any of Hukafalls Jet products. If we use your entry, we won’t publish your name with it (or otherwise identify you), unless we have your written consent first.
• Prize is not transferable.
• Hukafalls Jet is not responsible for any late, misdirected or incorrectly completed entries, or any technical malfunction, delay or loss of data that occurs in the course of this competition.
• Hukafalls Jet excludes all liability, to the maximum extent permitted by law, for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered by any entrant, winner, or third party included in the image, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained, during the course of entering this competition.
• In the event of any dispute, Hukafalls Jet decision is final.
• We won’t ask you for your personal information unless we need it to arrange your prize. Any personal information we do receive will only be collected and used by us for the purpose of the refund.
• This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. Facebook has no liability in connection with this competition, and any information you provide in connection with the competition is provided to us, not to Facebook.
• Hukafalls Jet reserves the right to extend, cancel or amend this promotion at any time.
