Good morning Michelle,
It’s not too often that I feel the need to write an email thanking a tourist venue for their service and their attention to customer service. Sunday I visited your suite with my wife and we were treated like we were important and due to that fact we had a ball. My wife is not a person who enjoys adventure stuff, a Ferris wheel is considered extreme in her mind, but your staff made her feel welcome, made sure she felt safe and because of that she enjoyed the trip and the experience. All too often you are treated as another nuisance during a busy Sunday and that is something your staff don’t do.
Please pass on my appreciation of a business that is well run, is clean, and helped me spend money which is what you want.
Thanks again for a great time at Hukafalls Jet and if you want any other information from me please I would only be to happy to write a reference or testimonial as it is not often you find a place that excelled everywhere

The most fun we had all holiday - great for the younger and older members of the family. The whole experience was made about 500 times better by Minger who was hilarious for the full 30 minutes and also a very talented and precise pilot (mind the cliff). He had us all in stitches with his antics which I'm sure he's done many times over, but it all came across as if it were the first time. Brilliant bloke! Sharp as a knife. Fantastic boat! You couldn't have more fun... well, not in a boat doing 360 spins at any rate. Do it - you won't regret it!

We came on the Hukafalls jet boat ride yesterday and amongst our photos we got one of Brett which we thought we would pass on to you. We thought he looked like he should be in a jet boat version of Top Gun!

Good afternoon Michelle, Thank you for the awesome adventure that the students and I enjoyed on Monday morning. The students are still talking about the ride, the speed, and the twists and turns.
