Our team are here to ensure you have the Most Thrilling Experience by Nature. Fully trained in all aspects of tourism management, they will greet you with a smile and guarantee your time with Hukafalls Jet is fun!
In our team, we have staff who have previously worked in a wide variety or professions such as travel agent, photographer, ski instructor, dairy milker, butcher and personal banker.
When you arrive at Hukafalls Jet, you will be greeted with a smile and we're sure by the time you leave, you won't be able to stop smiling! You'll probably also feel like you've made a new friend or two while you were here. Our staff will provide you with all the information you need to make the most of your jet boat experience, and will also make sure they capture the best 'before' photographs of you as you're boarding the boat! We'll also take some photos of you on the boat and these will all be developed and ready for you to purchase at the end of your jet boat ride.
We offer all passengers the option of filling out a customer survey and each month we give away prizes to a few lucky passengers.
