We employ Customer Service staff and Jet Boat drivers from a wide variety of backgrounds, but most important is your willingness to smile and talk openly to our customers. We look for personality plus in our team members!! If you have an interest in photography, this will also come in handy.

Here at Hukafalls Jet we are all about experiences – and we think we have one waiting for you! We’re one of NZ’s most iconic tourist attractions in the most pristine and beautiful environment.
Our visitors rave about their experience and we’d like to think you’ll rave about your experience too! You’ll be joining a small customer services team, on a full time basis, who are constantly on the go and you can guarantee no two days will be the same as you deal with enquiries and sales – face to face, over the telephone and by email too.
It goes without saying you’ll be a natural dealing with our visitors – visitors who come from all over the world to sample some of the most spectacular scenery NZ has to offer not to mention the thrill of the ride! Computer skills will be put to good use as will your determination that every visitor will leave us with a fantastic impression and terrific memories. We’re an operation that doesn’t stop so you’ll need to be available to work rostered shifts including weekends, school and public holidays.
